JS Global Announces that Heather Wishart-Smith Will be Serving on the Advisory Board

JS Global, a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital, announces that Heather Wishart-Smith, a former SVP of Technology and Innovation at Jacobs and President of the Society of American Military Engineers, will be serving on the Advisory Board for JS Global

About Heather Wishart-Smith


Heather was Senior Vice President, focusing in technology, innovation, and digital strategy (2017 through 2022), Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager (2015 through 2017), and Federal Department of Defense Market Sector Leader (2008 through 2015) of Jacobs, the $14 billion global solutions provider. Jacobs supports the U.S. federal government and national, state, and local governments worldwide with engineering, technology, and professional services. Her responsibilities included leading the technology and innovation practice and corporate venture capital initiative and previously, the mid-Atlantic region and federal market sector, which included design, consulting, and program/construction management around the world. Heather served as the National President of the Society of American Military Engineers in 2020, the Society’s pandemic Centennial year.





She has published and presented articles in various publications on leadership, architecture, engineering and construction topics in the military and transportation sectors, and is a Forbes contributor with a column on innovation. A former U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer, Ms. Wishart-Smith is recognized as a strong leader with outstanding financial, business development, and operational skills, and a mentor to rising professionals.


Heather earned her B.S. and M.S. in civil engineering from the University of Virginia. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Building Design and Construction Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C). She is a Fellow of SAME and the American Society of Civil Engineers, and an inducted member of the National Academy of Construction.
