About Charlie Peiffer
Charlie was the Chief Executive Officer (3/2021 thru 2/2022) and Chief Financial Officer of PAE (4/2014 thru 2/2022), prior to the sale of the business to Amentum in 2022. PAE provided a broad array of technical and management services to the U.S. federal government and other national governments worldwide. His responsibilities included planning, organizing and controlling the company’s operating activities on all seven continents. In addition to leading PAE, he was responsible for strategy and business growth, emerging technology and acquisition identification/integration.
Prior to PAE, Charlie was the chief financial officer of IAP, which operated in the Government Services Segment providing a broad spectrum of services globally. He held senior management positions in various companies that operated in the public and private sectors, such as ITT, Avaya, Lucent Technologies, Honeywell, GE and Lockheed Martin. He has a diversified set of experiences working in the commercial and defense markets and has deployed successful acquisition and operating strategies across those markets.
Charlie earned his B.A. in Business and Accounting from Jefferson University and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
About JS Global and ADG
In February 2021, White Wolf acquired JS Global, a Maryland-based government services contractor specializing in the design and build of anti-terrorism and force protection systems. The Company’s core competencies include providing specialty hardened windows, doors and systems designed to minimize the impact of damage to a building’s structural, electrical, and mechanical components during an attack. Capabilities also include construction of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (“SCIFs”) and systems designed to allow building occupants to “shelter in place” during any potential type of threat. JS Global’s staff includes a variety of project managers, electricians, carpenters, and various other highly skilled tradesmen.
In April 2022, JS Global acquired Atlantic Design Group (“ADG”). ADG is a metro Washington D.C. based architecture, engineering, and construction firm focused on highly integrated contemporary design for Federal government and commercial projects. ADG is a true design and construction firm focused on locations both domestically and internationally, allowing ADG to be a “one-stop-shop” for clients while offering streamlined channels of communication, efficient design, and shortened periods of performance. ADG’s design services include planning, architecture, interior design, civil, structural, MEP, and AT/FP engineering.
